European Player of the Year 2017: ne restano in corsa 5

Ne restano in corsa 5 per il premio di European Player of the Year 2017. L’apertura francese del Clermont Camille Lopez, Owen Farrell e Maro Itoje (già vincitore lo scorso anno) dei Saracens, il trequarti centro del Leinster Garry Ringrose e la terza linea del Munster CJ Stander. Tre Lions britannici in totale. 

Il miglior giocatore europeo dell’anno verrà annunciato a Edimburgo, durante le finali di Champions e Challenge Cup in programma a metà maggio. Saracens e Clermont si sfideranno nella finalissima in programma sabato 13 maggio al Murrayfield Stadium di Edimburgo.
